A Warm Welcome!
Through this project Holloway SDA Church seeks to welcome more visitors, worshippers, and groups from all sections of the community. Church groups such as Pathfinders, Love feast, Drum core and Music Appreciation meet here. Yet others would come if the facilities were right for them. This is a project for the whole community. It will bring together the sacred space of our church and a much-needed mix of improved facilities and services for local people.
The costs
Total cost of the project is £3,000,000. We have already raised a substantial amount from church funds and members’ contributions and have made a start on consultants and architects. We need your help to complete the funding and aim to carry out the main work in Spring and Summer 2016. We hope to move quickly, while building costs are lower. Any support is most welcome! We welcome gifts from all sources, for example:
- Donations with or without Gift Aid
- Fundraising events and activities
- In memoriam gifts or legacies – this could be an opportunity to honour the memory of a loved one
- Grants from trusts and organisations.
